A Wisconsin native, Casey was inspired by fellow Wisconsinite Eric Heiden’s drive for five gold speedskating Medals in the 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympics. At age 4, Casey strapped on his first set of skates and began his Competitive journey into the historical annals of Speedskating.
